Creative Conexions is a lived experience, community mental health and wellbeing service, built by and for those with lived and living experience. Creative Conexions recognises the uniqueness and intersectionality of each individual, acknowlodges to two peoples jounerys or support needs are the same.

For those of us that don't fit into the binary box, systems or services, who are looking for individual human centred care, that's safe, supportive and holistic in nature.
We are here for you, this is your space, your community, your home.

People with diverse identities need spaces that are intersectional, inclusive and accessible. Creative Conexions was created to provide a safe inclusive and accessible space to connect with community.

Creative Conexions provides individual, group and organisational support, with a range of services that bring the diverse voices of living and human experience to all that we do.

Creative Conexions is LGBTIQA+, neurodivergent affirming, disability-friendly, anti-racist, decolonial space. We acknowledge the intersectionality of our identities and the diversity of our communities. We are committed to the continuous process of anti-racist and decolonial work and we lean into curiosity to help us reflect, learn and deconstuct.
