vision
Creative Connexions was born through my own living experience of mental health and disability. During my life I have navigated accessing services, and supported other people around me with the same. So many spaces have lacked inclusivity and accessibility or aren't affirming of all parts of our identity, which can actively harm people seeking support.

Creative Conexions was born to create a safe space for those of us with diverse and unique identities and experiences living within this world. Here we can co-create new ways of being, together.

Creative Conexions also offers a space for those outside of our community to lean in and learn from the lived experience perspective. We offer lived experience consulting, mentoring, co-design lead and project management. Supporting organisations and individuals by providing a space to explore, how to take care of individuals with a lived/living experience. We focus on inclusivity, accessibility and learning the unique needs of marginalised and minority communities.

Creative connexions has evolved into what it is through today through my own lived experience, as well as through listening to other people's stories. It continues to evolve, and is emerging.
Mission
It's our mission to address the systematic challenges present within society, our current mental health and wellbeing space. Through redefining what we once knew and finding new meaning in life, together we can co-create spaces where it's safe to show up authentically building meaningful connections with both ourselves and others.

It is our vision here at Creative Connextions, that all individuals have equitable access to safe, inclusive and accessible spaces, where we can learn, grow and heal together. We acknowledge the unique hardships diverse and marginalised community's face and intersectionality of our identity's.
Through taking small steps, to build meaningful and purposeful spaces, together we can redefine what we once knew, and create lasting change.
